Additional steps in the process could include research to identify “fact-based” career options that incorporate your interests, skills and abilities, geographic preferences, cultural desires and compensation requirements; Development of an implementation plan which would include networking messages, target company contact lists and other highly effective, pro-active search and marketing tools. I do my best to provide appropriate introductions and resources throughout the process whether you decide to go with a corporate or entrepreneurial venture.

No matter what service is required, this rule holds true– an effective coaching partnership requires a good “fit” between a coach and client, as well as a commitment to invest time, effort and honesty into the process. My coaching style combines training, consulting and mentoring elements with a strong results orientation. I only take on clients who are committed to following through with the required work and open to change.
Whether you have experienced coaching before or not, the best way to determine if a coaching partnership will be effective for you is to participate in an evaluation interview. This is a complementary session that gives us a chance to discuss your objectives, consider possible changes or goals you want to set, and determine how committed you are to doing what is required. If we both agree that it’s right, we’ll determine next steps and get to work. If it’s not a good fit, we’ll do our best to direct you to other resources that better meet your needs.
